Thats crazy. I have been using iPad since the first generation, (currently an iPad Pro owner) and I travel frequently. All these things are unnecessary for most of the people!
A mouse? A game controller? For real? This is how the iPad loses its portability. Way too much accessory, too much weight, too much place in the luggage/bag.

These are such hyper-niche recommendations. Never in my life have I traveled, sat down at a desk or table, and thought to myself, “Wow, really wish I had my 3 foot desk mat on me.” ☠️

That mouse/USB-C combo is very cool. My iPad Pro 11” is my personal “laptop” and I find it to be the perfect travel device. It easily fits in a backpack or carry-on as well as economy tray tables. It’s a bigger screen than my iPhone for entertainment and gaming. And I can do my work so I don’t need to bring my work laptop.
