Taking bets on how long it takes Matt to order a Carvera Carvera so he doesn't have to manually change tools anymore. 😉😆
ОтветитьGlad to see you took the plunge! Pretty amazing the tools available to the hobbyist nowadays. It’s great learning a new skill set, keeps the mind working 👍
ОтветитьHowdy Mr Matt, this is way better than the pocket cnc i have. Sorry i haven't been around much the past month. Health issues are catching up with me. Awesome video Mr Matt. Hi Ms Rebecca. God bless and keep wheeling 🙏
ОтветитьCool machine but, how do you really feel about it? 😂
ОтветитьJust think, I had to talk you into this machine AND 3D printing. You'd still be stuck in the 90's without me!
ОтветитьThis would be great for work too, had a repair recently and on the part I needed it was a 16 week wait time an that’s just not reasonable considering it’s something I need to get back operational in days so this would be a great tool to make this small simple part , about 1/2”-1/2” with a motor key on one side an a just hole on the other so it can swing the arm attached to the motor to control the dampers lol if I was better at cad I would have tried to 3D print but I’m not detailed yet with that
ОтветитьI think its awesome.
I need to get better at cad for 3d printing first hahaha.
I know how to use the old school style milling machine...
But I would love to have one of these one day.
I think its great seeing how much your growing your tool box of abilities.
Regardless of who helps you.
Help there for a reason.
After all.
Scale BUILDERS guild is about scale builds.
All of these tools and machines change the game of creation.
Now.
Coins for the long term members need to be made.
Haha.
Jokes aside.
Great work
Awesome video.
Keep the learning alive man.
I wonder if you could use the machine to make gears. That way, you can do custom gear ratios for diffs
Ответить"Warewolf...there castle" if ya'll get the reference. Lol 😂 I couldn't help it. Lol
ОтветитьProbably make a ring gear adapter for the tt-02. I just shelled all the teeth off the stock one.
ОтветитьHey Matt it's Matt in Alabama that thing is awesome! I think that I could get my cuz could show me how to do some stuff on one since he is HAAS teacher for Alabama. Back in the day when I built clutches at Spec clutch and flywheel my cuz went to school for it and chased his dream but I dont think HAAS does anything on that scale for home use I'm mind blown you can have this at home now. 🧠 💥
ОтветитьThis looks like an amazing bit of kit and hopefully the next step in home manufacturing. The price is a bit rich for me just now but once other companies get on board, i think it will only take a few years for these to be as accessible as 3d printers now.
ОтветитьThanks for posting this, i was interested how it would go about tool changes. Wish something like this was around years ago when i was trying to make a new chassis for a kyosho nitro car, would have saved a lot of faffing about.
ОтветитьI still die on Oregon Trail, CNC machining is well over my head!
ОтветитьThose are pretty nice, so many times this can be used.
We got two CNC at work the Tables are 30 feet long 😊we used to Plasma cut everything the milling is so much nicer
Friend of mine ran an Endmill right into the Table through the Vise that was quite the Mess
I would love, love to have one. Because making a few things in metal would be nice instead or 3D printing them. The machine is small enough I could leave it setup on my workbench in the garage and not worry about it being in the way.
However I think like 3D printers, we are going to see a big increase in over priced junk at county fairs and craft shows. From people just having these spit out as many trinkets and bobbles they can, from files they paid $0 for.
Awesome machine 🤘🍻🤘
ОтветитьI'd love to have one of these as well as one of those H2D printers. As far as the first project. It would most likely be chassis rails. Then a delrin skid.
ОтветитьI would like one please.
ОтветитьZed!
ОтветитьI would make my own custom CNC aluminum parts for all my RC toys and other EDC type stuff! If only I had the $$ to get one…🙏🏼
ОтветитьCanadian?
ОтветитьIt‘s awesome,man!
ОтветитьI would make a lexan. Year of no lexan board.
ОтветитьCool to see CNC coming to the home. It's a little too expensive for me (just got into 3d printing last year lol) so hopefully this kind of platform takes off and comes down in price over the years. Being able to CNC your own chassis, wheels, and scale accessories for class 1 like bumpers and roll cages is insane.
ОтветитьThe worse leaf ever , the maple....
Ответитьat this rate..you can just make your own 3rd party brand for rc aftermarket parts...or an OEM company...haha..jkjk
