Ok so there's a couple things going on here. LGBTQ people do often need assistance in dealing with deteriorating familial relationships. It's honestly part of the reason the community is the way it is they offer each other support where their families often do not. They also may be trying to escape verbal, psychological, and/or physical abuse, attempts at conversion therapy, etc. Sometimes their family members themselves are the ones to instigate no contact not the other way around.

All that being said putting that behind a paywall to get that support/advice from an influencer is weird and generally not in the spirit of helping the community.

If you are someone who is forced to or has to go no contact for whatever reason find local organizations or events to connect with people locally who you can reach out to when you need help. This should cost you nothing except to then contribute when you can to someone else in need.

Short on rent? Need a place to stay? Need advice? There are thousands of people who aren't social media influencers who will help you and you do not have to subscribe to their Patreon.
