The ghost writer is speaking far too much.
ОтветитьI went to work in Seattle during the time Bundy was still on the loose. At a certain point during that time, my organization held a session with a staff member from an organization devoted to teaching women how to avoid becoming a victim of the considerable crimes against women that had been occurring in the Seattle area. In retrospect, the unsolved crimes that had been occurring in and around Seattle that were described by the presenter now bear a major resemblance to what we now know that Bundy was doing to his victims.
ОтветитьHe constructed the charming personality as a perfect disguise for his killing sprees.
ОтветитьAnn Rule didn’t realize who Ted was either when she worked with him
ОтветитьDo you think he killed that little neighbor girl when he was a paperboy
ОтветитьIm Deaf, being aware of surroundings without hearing is rough! But, I never go places without my giant dog.
ОтветитьIt’s a little bit weird (and inappropriate) that Edna is being spoken about as though she’s not there.
ОтветитьIt is November 2024, we're avidly consuming the Delphi trial of the case of Libby and Abby !
ОтветитьSerial killer wasn't coined until the 80's and it was from the FBI. Bundy was often referred to as a mass killer especially when he was un Colorado.
ОтветитьSome mental problems start apx college age like schizophrenia. Where people start hearing voices. Some people hear voices that tell them to kill. I had a cousins that use to visit us for the holidays with his brothers and sisters. Both were families of 5 kids. He was very sweet and kind as a teenager. He use to read me stories and gave me special attention. When he finished high school and started college he had to go back home because he started hearing voices. He didn't hear evil voices and was able to stay home with his mom without medication. But he definitely had issues and heard voices. His Dad was a judge and his brother was a heart surgeon. His mom took care of him until she passed away. What is lacking from this conversation is what was Ted Bundy's mental diagnosis? He was not a killer until college years. Why isn't Ted Bundy's mental health discussed? It's not an excuse but it's an important part of the story that is totally missing from this forum. Other than that I learned a lot. Thank you 😊
ОтветитьShe sad he was wired because he liked that he’s popular yet she herself is proud that she knows him and that she was his “like little sister” come on she’s even worse. Why she’s saying “oh I wasn’t really talking to him” if she did? She liked it “oh he called me and than he called me again, oh I was driving him home”. Nothing wrong with that, we all love our cousins just be honest about it 🤨😕 dishonest woman kind of betrayed him with this interview 🤔
ОтветитьI heard an expert on psychopaths say that when they get excited, such as when Ted was honing in on a possible victim or thinking about how he would torture/kill them their pupils dilate. This explains why so many people who knew him or interviewed him about his crimes would describe how his eyes went from blue to black.
ОтветитьCan’t imagine how much betrayal Bundy’s family felt… how much healing work they have done …too not pass this trauma on down the future generations.. thank you for trying help the families of those woman lost..
ОтветитьBundy was probably able to write a fantastic " anti- assault" pamphlet. It takes one to know one.
ОтветитьWow, this is a very courageous woman! Making the plan to wreck the car😮 this guy was a narcissist, alle were in awe of him
And that he split his family life from his murders reminds me of the Nazis that lived the cosy home life and in their official life killed innocent people in the concentration camps
Thanx for sharing
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your story Edna xx
ОтветитьShe looks too young to be 5 years younger than Ted Bundy
ОтветитьTed was the GOAT and it’s a shame they put him to the chair
ОтветитьI call bullshite bet they never even spoke just funny how she only knows stuff thats been in numerous documentarys😂
ОтветитьWhat an exceptional interview! Thank you, Edna, for opening this old wound and sharing these details with the rest of the world. I pray it helps you and your family heal from this unimaginable tragedy. Bless you. ❤
ОтветитьTed delivered milk to my Grandma's & My Mom knew of Anne Marie Burgs mom. She's in a cement side walk we believe. So sad
ОтветитьI think it's terrible that you say the people who really suffered were the victims families and that her families side was just a narrow perspective. Sounds like you are dismissing that Bundys family truly suffered also. Not only from the shock of a family member being a violent preditor but the death of a family member and subsequent living to this day in the shadow of this preditor too. The family are victims too!!
ОтветитьI read the book but still watched this. Such a fascinating interview. My heart goes out to Edna and her whole family, and Ted's family, and the families and friends of all of the women he targeted. 🌹🌹🌹
ОтветитьSpeaking of the women’s movement ladies, if one certain man gets elected president of the United States in November the women’s movement will be moved back to the year1545 and we will have no rights whatsoever. Keep that in mind.
ОтветитьI remember going out on dates and sitting in cars even while son of Sam was stalking people. I was in Long Island. Youth. We were crazy. I gotta say, you don’t look my age.
ОтветитьFascinating interview. If I were the interviewer I would have asked them why they think Ted went wrong...what happened? I'm thinking his early life may have had something to do with that but there have been people who have been through worse that don't become serial killers.
ОтветитьWhy would her brother know which states had the death penalty? Another thing,If a serial killer is saying that his cousin should be in jail, what does that mean? And what did they do together? Something is not right with that situation.
ОтветитьBeloved Governor Dan Evans passed away this month in Seattle Washington... I believe he was 98
ОтветитьHe wasn't smart. He wasn't charming
Ответитьhopefully dolly will be donating the cash for her new gig to the victims families
ОтветитьMy biological father killed my biological mother..
ОтветитьI’ve heard story’s of his facial contortions. Evil stuff.
ОтветитьSo he told her and he told her brother, that he was planning to escape. Seems to me like maybe some people in Florida would have been appreciative if had they spoken up...quickly!
ОтветитьAwesome interview 👏
ОтветитьRobert Ressler came up with serial killer. He was an FBI agent.
ОтветитьWhen was this recorded. Bundy would be 78 this year, she looks great for 73, if recorded this year.
ОтветитьIs this woman a blood relative of Bundy's ??
ОтветитьI got chills listening to this interview. It's weird how you can't help but listen, but it is terrifying to hear at the same time. Great interview!
ОтветитьWhy are you doing this exposing yourself in this manner? I would not want anyone on earth to know that the same blood runs through my veins as Ted Bundy.
ОтветитьWhat is known about his biological father?
ОтветитьI was pulled over on the side of the road texting on my phone, and I felt eyes on me. I looked up, and a truck driver was parked behind me and a man was about ten feet behind my car approaching me. Who knows...but that is what a situation like that would look like.
ОтветитьI was in high school in Tallahassee in the late 1970s. Back then, the drinking age was 18 and some of the derelicts at school would get past the bouncer by bringing along a cute girl or two.
After Bundy was arrested, one of the derelicts told us that they met Bundy at Big Daddy’s, a popular bar near the old K-Mart on Apalachee Parkway. They said he was deftly stealing drinks for them all and chatting up the girls.
What a great interview
ОтветитьAna, Edna and Megan ♥♥♥♥♥🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹✴✴✴✴✴👑👑👑👑👑
ОтветитьTbh I was kinda thinking this might be one of the books that are after the money but after this interview I realized how short sighted I was. thank u always for your content Ana! and thank you for the courage to right the book and share your part of your life!
ОтветитьI would suggest reading the research papers which all prove that hitchhiking isn't actually more dangerous than any other activity.
ОтветитьEdna, you Brave Courageous Woman!
Ted was such a professional actor
His family messed him up, all puritanical+uptight+religious, yet violent+hiding their evil eats.
what a recipe for disaster!
There's a documentary I saw where Ted Bundy's brother was talking about him, his love and admiration for him when he was a young boy and how it has affected his life and it is absolutely heart breaking
