Dinner is served. Asked my mum for the braised peanuts and mushrooms recipe over the weekend. She used to cook it to make rice dumplings with and her homemade rice dumpling is my most favourite food in the world! So far haven’t found any that come close. My dish is also not close to hers as I only used star anise and Chinese five spice powder, but she also put cloves and cinnamon sticks.
