Fireside Duos -- Episode #3 -- "Logged On"

Hi fellas, I have a dying avocado tree in my yard, but when I burn the dead branches in the fireplace, it burns very quickly and leaves me cold. Why is that? Also what is the correct chord change for bar 5 of the bridge on S'Wonderful? No one seems to agree. Thank you.
