Well the problem with premier is the spin bots are playing at 20k+ above

cheating on a 20 year old account with knife really says something about the valve anti cheat they are not even worried about getting banned for it

I dont think all new accounts are hackers, and that's the problem, that's why cs wont have new players, as soon as new players join a game, they're either play against hackers, or someone reports them right away just because their account is new, then their trust factor drops and every game they play gets filled with hackers, and they'll never open cs again.
