This round it is Viper Tobi Kadachi.

Tobi Kadachi is weak to Thunder (3 Star) and Ice (2 Star). Resistant to Water (Immune), Fire (1 Star), Dragon (1 Star).

Weapon: Wunderkirins
Helmet, chest, waist: Velkhana
Arms: Damascus
Legs: Artemis (strictly for the stun resistance)
