I’ve tried 3 pods, none will open to put liquid in

I have a novo 3 also, and broke 2 rubber protectors within a month. I’d suggest to pinch the rubber protector with a shirt or other material between your thumb and pointer finger, instead of using only your fingers when you need to refill. I tore or accidentally pushed the protecter into the pods provided which was upsetting. The rubber piece is very delicate. This sounds silly but it worked for me when I had to purchase new pods.

Looks like that juice is too thick for that pod. A 50/50 blend will wick up properly and not allow the wick to burn before it can absorb more liquid.

When u use a new novo pod you have to let it sit for like 15 mins before using or it will burn

It’s probably because you hit it right away after putting new pod with juice you gotta wait at least 10mins before hitting new pod with juic

I appreciate you explaining what the issue was but seems like folks wanted the quick answer. I throw mine in my vacuum chamber for a minute and all the air bubbles get sucked out. It burns because the coil is burning cotton and that's what your inhaling. With some vape juice probably but yeah enjoy that knowledge.

WRONG You need to prime the wick & in doing so remove air bubbles. Hold your finger over the bottoms air holes, blocking them & "hit" , suck on the pod 5 times.... it will draw juice into wick & air bubbles up/out. Do it 5 times, TWICE until bubbles are gone.

My juice just doesn’t have any flavor coming out of this thing. Almost like I’m not getting anything. I don’t know why it’s happening. I didn’t have this problem with the caliburn and the same juice.
