How to Link Twitch TV to Activision Account (2023) - Twitch Drops Modern Warfare 2

It doesn't show me Social networks section at all so I can't choose Twitch.

Doesn't work. Upon attempting to link, activision remains stating to "link account". Twitch states it's linked even though it's not
