100‰ agree with this review every sip, different flavours
ОтветитьUsed to love this. I do prefer the leffe brune
ОтветитьLeffe Brune next review ! Paul thanks , since Leffe beers are my favourite beer.
ОтветитьHi Paul, I enjoy your beer reviews, nice work. Just to say I live close to Arbor and would happily send you a couple of cans to review if you wish. I had a Pocket Rocket recently which was lovely at sub 4% and they have a new stout called Midnight Blue and a couple of other new beers. No worries if not, all the best from Bristol.
ОтветитьI drink anything bought a four pack of these threw the fourth away
ОтветитьReally enjoy this stuff. Top review as per mate 🍻
ОтветитьZot is my favourite Belgian beer.
ОтветитьOh! What a great ale!
ОтветитьLate watching this. Had it last night for the 1st time. Really enjoyed it £2.99 from lidl for a 750ml. Well worth it
ОтветитьDigestive biscuit / Banana / clove / coriander / ginger / sweets / toffee/ apple / candy fruit / winter spice 😂😂😂😂 mate you pissed ? 😉
Ответитьit's my new favorite beer, I find its roasty toffee flavour going to the roof of my mouth. So many notes to it. I love it and its getting easier to find in South Africa 100% good beer
ОтветитьI buy the big one for £3 every few weeks, its great - had 1 yesterday and it still surprises me how good it is! Im a big affligem fan so this is in the same vien! Like goudale from morrisons- just great beers❤🍻
ОтветитьNeed to try this again, had it years ago when it was all I could get and I enjoyed it but didn't really drink enough of anything else at the time to appreciate it. However since then i've found a beer I really enjoy which is the Franziskaner Weisbier and from what I remember of the Leffe and from your review of both beers+comments, it seems like they might have a pretty similar banana/toffee flavour going on, excited to get my hands on a bottle soon.
ОтветитьI love this beer
ОтветитьBeen drinking it a couple years now love it ice cold after work
ОтветитьLovely Beer Cheers 🍻
ОтветитьFirst tried Leffe in an airport Wetherspoons after seeing written on the chalk board it was 6something percent (was nervous about flying so knocked back 4 or 5) 🙈
ОтветитьThis beer taste so good!
Ответитьas I've gotten more into beers i've realised a lot of mass produced beers/cheap beers add sugar or glucose. is this always a sign of bad craftsmen ship? (aka should I avoid them) or not always? it wasn't until I just watched this review that I even realised that Leffe contains sugar and i'd rather not be drinking anything that contains added sugar if I can help it
ОтветитьFavorite beer
ОтветитьJust had a Leffe Blonde 🍺 it was pretty decent! Wish it had a bit more bite to it! At first, it’s pretty strong with a little spice but after you swig it down it’s pretty sweet and pleasant! Cheers 🍻 been watching your videos to help to decide which beers to choose
ОтветитьYep again great review... Can't beat a leffe
ОтветитьThis has been my got to beer for about 7 or 8 years now. ever since I see it in Tesco.
It knocks spots off of the likes of Budweiser, Heineken etc in so many ways.
Drinking one right now. Gorgeous beer and leaves you wanting another one!
ОтветитьOf the Supermarket beers this is absolutely my Hands Down favourite. Not been in Waitrose for a while as ours closed but they used to carry the whole range (You'd be forgiven for thinking theres is only Blonde and Bruin when shopping in most supermarkets).. Beautiful stuff. The Belgians are so good at this stuff.
ОтветитьFirst saw this added to Spoons bar menu a few weeks ago and tried it. It’s my favourite beer now , lovely sweet taste and goes down very smooth with no fizz. Great review 👍
ОтветитьOne of my favourite Beers 🍺
ОтветитьI would have sworn Leffe Blonde is a wheat beer (which it isn't) but it does a good impression of one - but you can taste Belgium in it. Pretty good - also a good review - Thx🖖
Ответитьgreat review such a nice beer this totally agree
ОтветитьStunning beer having one now 👌
ОтветитьI think they only refer to a recipe from 1240
ОтветитьBeautiful drink
ОтветитьWish my local garage sold it, should of just drove to asda to get some but had to settle with the danish export
ОтветитьThis beer ruined me for all others over a decade ago. I can't get enough of it.
ОтветитьGreat tasting beer for me. Cheers!🥃
ОтветитьI agree, it’s really nice beer, and complex.
ОтветитьThis beer has a lot going on, lovely, why waste money on rubbish beer when this is available.
ОтветитьLeffe Blonde is also a good introduction beer for anyone wanting to try Belgian beers, not overpowering in terms of flavor, it isn't overwhelming when it comes to aroma. I think it is a well-rounded beer, but it isn't the absolute best beer Belgium has to offer, but still a nice beer.
I overall prefer, something like a Piraat, or a Westmalle.
Been brewing beer since 12.40? It’s only 13.30 now.
Ответитьhands down the best abby ale tied with the brune
ОтветитьMy go to in Wetherspoons.
6.6% for a lager without tasting too strong is impressive 👍🏻🍺
This drink is hands down the best beer
ОтветитьHi Paul do you know why Leffe has reduced the abv to 6%
Ответить10/10. I nurtured it. Indeed they are slow burners.
ОтветитьTastes like a bread pudding with raisins to me. I'm having one right now. Great but so fn strong!
ОтветитьThey have dropped the ABV to 6.0% not sure why but they’ll have their reasons
ОтветитьIs this beer double fermented?
ОтветитьIt does taste like a German wheat beer! I almost thought it was a hefenwieser when I first had it.
ОтветитьWARNING. This beer is now not the same as a year ago. It's been fundamentally changed - for Brexit UK (?).
Previously Leffe was different. The 6.0% ABV Leffe is NOT the same as original 6.6% ABV Leffe.
Such a pity!
I try my first one with you but My Leffe come out of a can and the color is alot brighter yellow I also l love the taste thank you to tasting it together
