how to make huuuuuuuuuge mob like at-at walker (32 metres high)

Can you pls help me, after i created the model, set the texture when i press on export as > Java, It loades a little bit and then the "saved file" crashes and says that a backup is made somewhere else and then when i check the desktop nothing is there. Can you pls help me? (P.S: Techne doesn't crash but when i want to save the file the save crashes)

I have a problem,I have Custom NPC mod and Naruto Anime Mod, when I make a character by Custom NPC is normal (a character that has a 3d model(custom model)).
I took a few models and textur from Naruto Anime Mod and added to mcreator. I used these models and textur from that mod in my world survival. When I go on my survival and try to do it by hoe, mob who has a 3D model, after two seconds it changes into a biped character and textura bug.If I make mob directly from Naruto Anime mod mob does not change shape from 3d to a biped ( human) only remains, for example, a slug.

Do you know how to fix it so that my 3d mobs do not change into a human model(biped), but they have left them a non-standard texture? I am sorry for my English but I do not come from those regions.
