ОтветитьDay 1: didn't know this simple physical exercise will be hard to do... I haven't remembered the posture and when to inhale exhale properly yet, so for now I'm referring to vids, after a few days I'll do it on my own.... Did 5 Surya namaskars

ОтветитьStructure hands up and come to the Namaskara mudra stretch arms up and gently arch back. As you exhale we are going to reach forward and down and you need to bend your knees and get your palms down to the ground and if you can't get your palms down on the floor then maybe you have just your fingertips down on the floor. Now we move to ashwa sanchalan the equestrian pose , step your right leg back as much as you canand rest the right knee down on the floor stretch the toes out behind you . Press the fingertips are the palms down and look up. Now gently press the palms down and curl the right under , pick the right knee . Now your body is in a nice straight line . You are going to move into the plank or push up like position by sliding the left leg back . Now gently bring the knees down and slowly bring your chest down between your hands Keeping the hips up and the elbows tucked into the body and rest your chin down on the floor . Inhale and gently slide forward and you are going to try and look up if u can stay there for 5 seconds . Now you are going to press you palms to the floor and going to stretch up into the inverted V also known as the mountain pose . Then coming back to the equestrian pose from the V . Just swing your leg between your hands and then try to look up . Gently curl your left toes under , pick up the left knee , take a giant step forward with your left leg . Now come back to the table top position stretching you back and end with a Namaskara

Attention to details are way wrong here. Breathing method not at all explain. It is Surya namaskar but a version of the host. Go for the Ramdev's video, his Patanjali might suck but he's still a good Yoga teacher.
