really need help mine is never working have been looking on 5videos and still cant spawn in a car starting to think this is imposssible

Now that i've learned this , can you make one about how to make the tunning parts works ? most of the cars i have are with tunning parts etc.I'm lookin for months and can't find anything....all tunning parts shows NULL with Lambda or in LSCustom shows None. Now how would I make a resource starter that I could execute on the server.cfg. Since the server.cfg can only have about 20 resources or something
