Much appreciated
ОтветитьI'm starting level 4! So excited! This video has been so helpful. Thank you for all that you do. YOu help so many people learn piano with your easy understanding.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this! This is SO HELPFUL for a beginner like me!!
ОтветитьVery nice intro to chords. Btw, sus4 is often named just sus, and I think it would be good to mention aug chords as well.
ОтветитьHow do I know when is a proper time to improvise with the sus chords?
ОтветитьI am about a level 3 to 4. I noticed you played Tom Petty free fallin with 2nd inversion F chord and 1st inversion B flat. How do we practice all of the inversions so that we know them cold.
ОтветитьLevel 5. I also invert. Currently teaching myself to do different inversions per hand at the same time.
Ответить0.7 😢 only started a month ago age 74 😊
ОтветитьGreat video, Thanks!
ОтветитьI'm a beginner on piano but i can do all triad chords with inversion and 7th chords, I also play almost all major and minor scales with both hands, but not very fast. I'm still a beginner
ОтветитьThanks for the video! I’m probably level 4, though I’m not a master of any level!
ОтветитьDoes anyone know how much this piano learning course costs please? Thanks.
ОтветитьThank you ma'am 😊
Ответить❤🎉
ОтветитьСпасибо за Ваше терпение в обучении "чайников"! У нас про таких говорят: "Им медведь на ухо наступил! " 😊
ОтветитьGreat content with clear explanations, though the jump cuts are incredibly distracting (very jarring)
ОтветитьThank you. Straight talk for wanna be's. Much obliged.
ОтветитьGreat video!! Best teacher!!! But why not include rhythm, arpeggios and octaves from level 1 or 2??
ОтветитьGreat lesson Very good information Thank you
ОтветитьBeautifully put!
ОтветитьThank you Kaitlyn for this roadmap, it is now clear I have to learn all the chords.
ОтветитьLevel 1
Ответитьhope you'll cover improvisation too
ОтветитьI’m at level 4!!
ОтветитьLol'd at the video thumbnail. 😂
ОтветитьI took traditional piano lessons for five years, and I guess what I learned might be called sight reading. IDK. I learned to read music and plunk it out on the keys. My teacher would always write the key signature on the music, and discuss the sharps or flats. I still have ALL my music and pulled them out a few weeks ago to “start over.” The first ones are dated in
February 1971. Yes, you read that correctly. I was eight years old, and at this point I probably play like I did after a year in. I’ve never understood all the chords and key signatures, until earlier this week as I was reading all the fine print on the pages around the simple sheet music. It dawned on me that there MUST be an easier way now to do this rather than how I learned so long ago. I’ve said for all these decades that I never had that fluid feel for the piano where the music flows out of me and onto the keys, and now I think it might be because of the way I originally learned. With a renewed interest into one of my childhood interests and still with the same piano my parents surprised me with that ordinary 3rd grade school day, I’m going to give your way a try and see how I do. Thank you for posting this info. You’ve got a really cute, creative presentation style.
Out of all those videos available here, this is really the best info video, and easily taught, thanks really
ОтветитьIm a total beginner, took some basic lessons back in high school and now my child is learning piano. They're learning basic songs and some music theory. When do they learn chords? Why is it important?
ОтветитьThe best teaching video on chord. ❤
ОтветитьMy mind is scrambled all around. I'm not sure which level I am at.
Ответитьrecommend people learn scales before learning chords, so you know what first, third, and fifth are
Ответитьhello from kazakhstan
