We still haven't got the Pixel buds pro but the troubleshooting steps are already out...so what does it mean?🤔

This makes me skeptical about buying them

Wie können dermaßen teure TWS Earbuds solche Probleme haben? Ich nutze die Dinger der ersten Generation. Nix als Probleme damit. Am linken Bud kommen kaum Audiosignale an, der Rechte lädt nicht richtig. Ständig Kopplungsfehler. Nie wieder kaufe ich diese Earbuds. 😡

Rushed launch maybe ? I'm still running the 3xl after upgrading from the 3 I decided not to get the 6 pro since it was buggy as hell. It's strange how a company the size of Google simply bites of more than they can chew at launch with these new devices.

Sorry, Google was hoping that these would stay in my ears and they simply don't they are so bad with falling out that I can't even go for a walk them. The sound is great when they do stay in no issue with sound or features. But these will be useless for travel and daily commute. This is money down the drain for me

I'd like to provide some feedback to Google. If you still have your old Pixel Buds paired to your phone, once the new Pro model is paired, settings for the Pro model are absent. I had to unpair old buds and then do a hardware reset on the Pro model to get it to work as intended. Thank you.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A02 with my pixel buds pro, but the pixel buds app keeps crashing/closing when ever I try to change the settings of the buds, why is this happening and how do I fix it?

2 months after the purchase of my Google Pixel Buds Pro (and Pixel 7 Pro) the touch controls and noise cancelling stopped working on my right ear bud. After much troubleshooting with Google I'm told I'm covered under warranty and I'll get replacement buds.

Ok so my left earbud is malfunctioning. It's much quieter than the right earbud and I have no idea why

I just got my buds pro 2 weeks ago and I'm concerned about a major issue I started noticing, when I use them for a few minutes the right bud drops significantly in battery percentage whilst the left stays at 100%, when I put them back in the case, the right doesn't charge past 98%. I tried the factory reset but the problem persists, when I went on forums I saw many people complaining about the same issue, some with the right buds and other with the left

I used a handkerchief to clean my buds. Is that an ok fabric? I don't know if its lint free or not....

These are trash earbuds. Bought a $20 pair of off brands and not disappointed. Google needs to tighten up. Smh sad.

They are absolute garbage. Horrible build quality, and way over priced. If the sound in one side drops and it becomes too quiet to use Google will do nothing for you. This issue happens to most people who buy them, they are also buggy as heck. Horrible headphones get something else.

This troubleshooting video doesn't cover any other scenarios except for pairing issues. My issue is that my left Pixel Bud dies around the 20 minutes mark during a phone call. the right Pixel Bud stays on longer. And yes, they are charged 100% prior to using. I have the first generation Pixel Buds. Can anything be done to fix this?

My pixel buds pro have a weird issue during calling. When i call the sound comes with latency to right bud as if someone is talking twice. Moreover the voice comes with hiccups. Plz help. I tried different mobile phones different networks but no avail

my pixel buds have a permanent orange light but when I press the pairing button it becomes white for a second then goes back. it won't show on my phones Bluetooth and it won't reset or go into pairing mode. what do I do

Been having it for less than a year, is a disappointing, left piece has a issue with the mic and started chirping when use ANC or transparent mode. And when those are off the volume of that piece is lower than the right one. For the amount of money I paid I wish I stayed with the Tozo I had before

Can the buds pro turn off automatically, being out of the case? This would come in handy when it's outside of the case and being inactive/idle.

Google hardware has become a monumental disappointment. I liked some of the earlier phones but my Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel 6 Pro are have been incredibly frustrating and underwhelming. It was fun while it lasted.. bye Google

my brand new pixel buds won’t charge though. like the case is charged but the earbuds won’t charge

I wore my Pixel Buds Pro every day for 15 months. I loved everything about them until the left started beeping.
I tried cleaning them, but the beeping wouldn't stop, so I started looking for guides.
I reset the phone, updated all the apps and system apps, i even got a replacement bud (which has further exacerbated my problem), nothing has worked. I reset the buds. I changed the tips. Nothing.
This was a godsend for my Autism. But now that it's gone, I'm desperate for a solution.

I am really angry and disappointed not even 5 mins I liked after purchasing this. Why so low volume, honestly looks like this fraud
