They also host the weekly podcast Wealth Talks along with their son John, who is a registered investment advisor. Anna started investing in her 20s when she was in the military. She bought a duplex in Norfolk, VA that she turned into a tri-plex. After the Navy, she went into real estate and was licensed in 2004. She met her husband, Rick, when they were working both working at Keller Williams. Rick was licensed in 2007. They did very well in sales and decided to really start investing in homes in 2014. That is also when they opened their own brokerage, Home Dream Realty and Property Management. Their brokerage is a full service brokerage that does sales, rentals, and property management. They are Saavy House Hackers! That is how they have become such successful investors. They now own short, mid, and long term rentals in 4 states.
