What an awesome tutorial. Thanks a bunch, I've learned a lot!
ОтветитьAfter I told my mom I'm a substance user, she started crying.
ОтветитьYour expertise with Substance Painter seems incredible, yet you present everything in such a clear and approachable way that even beginners like me can follow along effortlessly
ОтветитьThanks for this video.
ОтветитьThis video is absolutely amazing! I’m new to the world of Substance Painter, and this was the first tutorial I’ve watched. I learned so much from it! I really hope you’ll make more videos like this!😊
ОтветитьGreat video, man! But I have a small issue. I textured everything in Substace, but when I apply my textures in Blender, the shaft2 texture set does not apply. How can I fix that?
ОтветитьAnyone have trouble with a missing normal map for the headlight??
ОтветитьIntermediate substance users? Sorry?😂
ОтветитьGreat tutorial but YT is killing it with a million 2x ads
ОтветитьAwesome video!!
ОтветитьGreat tutorial! 🙂
ОтветитьWhen I export my textures and go to blender everything looks completely different and off, its all glossy, dull in color and wrong in general. Is there something I'm missing or is it just my model?
ОтветитьIf anyone is having issues with the ambient occlusion baking, go into your settings and turn off GPU raytracing and it should work
ОтветитьWhat maya tool were you using to deform the car at the start? Looked like weight painting
Ответитьthats awsome broi love to work in substance painter i had get more knowledge after watching your vedios, if you dont mind can i fallow your this viedio and put this car in my showcase of portfolio...
ОтветитьHi guys !! I can´t download the Car Project File. Is there any other way to download it?
ОтветитьMy glass has the AO/Shadows preventing transparency on the front and side windows, which doesn't appear to be covered. I've had this issue in the past, how would I fix that?

Does anyone have any ideas?
Best tutorials for introduction to Substance Painter
ОтветитьThank you, you are just doing wonderful, what a Great way of teaching the Soft
Ответитьi was working in the transparwncy thing initially it was working
ОтветитьGreat way of teaching. Very clear and understandable. Thanks to the creator
ОтветитьWhen we are working with normal uv mapping can we use these settings for baking
ОтветитьHow did you get that pattern on the headlight material? Missing that on mine :/
ОтветитьThere is a paid tariff. How to download the model for free?
Ответитьamazing!!
ОтветитьI can't believe that I finally understood Substance Painter in an easy, clear, quick and comprehensive way the different aspects of the program. Thank you, you are wonderful.
ОтветитьHand down, best Substance Painter Beginners Tutorial I have seen yet. And I am only 26 Minutes into it. Well done!
Ответитьplease add how to improve lighting and render in marmoset toolbag
ОтветитьYou have to make UV maps in the 3d program, or can Substance make them?
ОтветитьIf you want to get rid of some of the Curvature and AO jagginess, just turn on Antialiasing x64 before starting the bake. The bake takes forever, but the effect is worth it I promise :)
ОтветитьI haven't heard anything about Substance Painter in a very long time. Ever since Adobe bought this software out and put a pay forever plan on it, it just dropped from the face of the earth. If it wasn't Payforeverware (Borderline ransomware) I'd most likely get that. Still a good video :)
ОтветитьFinally i can make my custom models from my CS2 map pretty. The best tutorial ever!
Ответить"Substance users"
Well, sounds like I'm a pro already.
Just make sure that you understand how and where a material has its breaking points. Don’t just globally scratch and dent everything as if it’s been in a tornado. That’s what I’ve learned being in the 3d content creation arena.
ОтветитьAmazing thanks
ОтветитьThis tutorial is absolutely excellent. Straight to the point, no baloney.
Hollywood could learn from you.
very good chalk and talk thanks!
Ответитьthank you!!! this is the best tutorial!!
ОтветитьIt was wild! My head is about to explode 🫠 thank you for this incredible tutorial
ОтветитьBlender user here just recently started learning substance painter and I gotta say your videos are very helpful. Already getting the hang of the program. Thanks for the tuts!
ОтветитьI was thinking that a better way to do the resolution adjustments per piece would be to eliminate texture sets entirely, use one many-layered texture for the entire model, but employ the use of masks to isolate each part when it's that piece's turn to get painted. I hope this makes sense? This way each piece will get a texture resolution appropriate for its size (assuming your UVs are all proportional), and you also cut down a lot of texture loading during rendering.
ОтветитьDude, if i wouldn't have any experience with SP, this would probably explode my brain as a beginner video :D it's great but you are super fast and i think it may be very hard to catch up for newbies... Great video anyway! Peace!
