LETV LE1S EUI 5.9.26S New &Original Rom

I have updated eui to 5.9.26s
But when i open theme store it says no data what should i do !
Please help

it has the gapps installed? or at least the google frameworks?

Hi, my question I some how messed up my Le pro 3 updates, my EUI is 5.9.026S but my app drawer is no where, how can i find that or activate that.
