I've tried all this, and still not getting audio. It was working fine one day, then not working the next. Very frustrating.

I tried everything you said, and I read everything that was written and all my settings are correct but I still don’t hear audio. It totally stopped about two or three weeks ago.

You need to talk slower when giving instructions. This gives your listeners time to do or find what you're telling them.

I have a Samsung A035 new phone. My previous Samsung maps allowed it to speak directions. I followed the steps. But when I enter address it says directions I click that then instead of saying start so I can cluck and go it says preview I don't have the option for anything else other than edit. Please help

We tried this on my Mom’s phone, but it still isn’t working, can you please help? We have no idea what to do.

p.s. The problem is that it doesn’t show a “Start” button, so there’s nothing to click when you wanna get directions to go somewhere, Google said to try to uninstall and reinstall, so I’ll see what happens.

I had same problem. I only fixed when I turned on ‘Play Bluetooth as Phone Call.

When and where do we enter our destination?

Why did Google maps change how often it gives you voice command. Now it tells me make a turn into miles. Make a turn in one and ahalf miles make a turn in a half a mile make a turn in 800 feet make a turn in 400 feet as you see it just keeps talking I know I need to be told one. Why do they keep telling me over and over and over again

OK, I read further in the video about playing over Bluetooth. I’ll try that.

once I was actually able to find the area where it said settings and the volume and the volume was on off I didn't even know that existed I thought Talk no matter what. But can I find it ever since then oh by the way it did work I put the volume up never had a problem and then one day it didn't work. This is one of the faults they have here either with Google Apple or whatever but it's a bunch of bullshit we all deserve a credit

I followed the instructions to the letter and my phone agreed with your diagram in everything, but the voice part does not work. Tried it many times with absolutely no result for voice input. So, so frustrating. Also tried with and without bluetooth. No joy.
