*MULTIPLE* BSOD blue screen errors?

I have a hp stream notebook 14 it’s stuck on the logo. I made a 8.1 bootable disk now what it won’t start the usb

I know what did it to mine I was a little off on my overclock had to turn it off from bios and run a repair but I love that you do this thank you for helping people without charging hundreds of dollars

I have exactly the same problem in my new pc build. Using 32*2 corsair 5200 ram and arc a770 gpu with updated driver. I am very sad . Don't know what to do.

I haven't gotten a BSOD in over ten years.
