i wouldn't reccomend putting that much paste on, plus you don't really need to smear it on the whole thing, as putting it back in place will cover the whole gpu with no problem, just put a little less paste and you should be fine, a pea sized amount should do the trick

don’t use a spatula just put it on and put it all back in and that screw thing will do it self

You actually don't need to put alot of paste and smear it, i recommend to put a peanut size, They can spread itself without smear it, now you're Ps4 is no longer a jet sound :)
