The Owner requested that the Hospice facility have a "coastal farmhouse" feel. In response, LS3P developed a design that incorporates simple and elegant materials and recalls vernacular rural forms.

The care center offers 7 bedrooms, a family kitchen and dining room, family gathering spaces, and medical and administrative support spaces.
