RPCS3 THE LAST OF US LOW FPS

You need a best processor

you have almost same rig as mine, just tweak a bit on gpu tab
i got around 30 fps idle/walking and 20ish when shooting
probably the current update RPCS3 right now kinda make it stable

but i still got a couple freeze, in certain area
i guess it will be playable on next update software
