Woah.. this just happened with my latest prospect. I just found a way to create an URGENCY with our unique RETIREMENT PLAN. Then the GM (General Manager) was, so... "where's the proposal"? Meaning he's ready to sign the paper. 🙂And of course, all my presentations are because of MASTER VA! This CREATING URGENCY is the icing on the cake. Thank you so much, MASTER VA!

This is brilliant. My closing strategy is just the same. Pain & the Sense of Urgency. However I loved the COI & CLV. Many thanks buddy.

As a window salesman: my suggestion for other remodel salespeople is to get the customers monthly energy bill. Use their number to estimate 30 years of the window saving them 20-40% over that time looks like 10k, or whatever. And theyre losing $70. Every month. I mean, thats one tank of gas a month.
Better yet, every month you wait, inflation continues to kick in. Ill be a little conservative with it but on average, each window has roughly ended up costing $18 more every month over the last 2 years. With 10 windows to replace, thats another $180 out of your pocket. It may seem like a small amount on a multi-thousand dollar project like this, that adds up by putting it off a whole season. Both of those together is $250 out of your pocket every month. My job is to close deals, make the company money if I can, but I hate coming out a few months later and charging someone when we both knew how much I could have saved them.
