Man, I love the sponge with the water trick one of my go to’s still wondering how much weight are you adding to that ceiling right there ? Wondering if this is really worth it versus just a sheet metal pan Brother.
ОтветитьIs that a thing using mineral oil?
ОтветитьThis guy has too much time on his hands. All thus work for a drain pan... only you bud
ОтветитьWait what is the mineral oil in the trap for? Blocking sewer gas?
Ответитьa contractor will go up in that roof 40 years down the road and be FLABBERGASTED
ОтветитьYour mud is way too wet!
ОтветитьThat is nice bro!
ОтветитьIs this going to be an upflow system? Maybe 2 units side by side? Would like to see the final install.
ОтветитьIs it over the top…yes. Is it ridiculous…absolutely. Is it top notch craftsmanship…absolutely coach!
ОтветитьTrue craftsmen don’t use leveling clips, just a lazy shortcut for not prepping the base we’ll.
ОтветитьAll other hvac guys shaking there heads right now.....looks good though haha.
ОтветитьI love building something meant to drain with no slope
ОтветитьThat drain catch is nicer then most showers
ОтветитьWell look at that !
ОтветитьComplete waste of time 😂
ОтветитьThat’s absurd when you can just get a gorilla pan and switch 😂
Ответить4200 dollar over flow pan lmao
ОтветитьAs an HVAC installer, I wish every attic unit had multiple levels of water mitigation like this. It’s scary how many units we’re forced to just throw onto cheap plastic overflow pans with no protection besides that.
ОтветитьThis is better looking than my walk in shower pan😂😂
ОтветитьThis guy does the most unnecessary things like this but doesn’t do basic things in many of his project videos.
ОтветитьI mean let me start by saying this is cool as hell and I appreciate it but 100% not needed in an attic no one is gonna walk in.
The AC guy will have to take his shoes off just to do a tune up so he doesn’t get the tile dirty
I really love the attention to detail and the care that goes into his work. In a sea of garbage, half-ass projects in the world today, it's so nice to see someone putting in the effort. Got it coach!
ОтветитьCan’t tell you have many pans I’ve seen full of water! Hope you put safety switches on the unit and pan!
ОтветитьThen the AC installers run the damn lineset across the door, Plenum boxes leaking air, tstat wire skinned up, drain line got a huge dip and bow in it
ОтветитьYou totally ripped off the home owner off on this one. You were a stand up guy until u did this. Auxiliary? It's called a unit float sensor. Water will never enter the pan. U r now a hack.
ОтветитьPan install probably as much as the hvac install lol good for you bro
ОтветитьThat AC drain pan is the nicest I’ve ever seen. For me it’s usually bend up the corner.
ОтветитьThe SpongeBob SquarePants trick is next level!
ОтветитьDefinitely never seen a drain pan for a HVAC unit have tile put in underneath it LOL
ОтветитьBeautiful! After chamfering the screw holes on the aluminum, is that minuscule rough edge?🤔
ОтветитьNice tile work, why not used a plastic HVAC pan and just drill a hole?
ОтветитьThis narration sounds like the channel where the gas station guy catches thieves. Specialty when he says schloooter
ОтветитьI love that this is going to set people off. Keep it up.
Ответить$$$
ОтветитьFar and beyond the nicest AC drain pan I've ever seen, and will probably ever see in my lifetime! Now that's some attention to detail!
ОтветитьThats beautiful man i pray to god my dad and i run across a worker that takes pride in their work and has actual experience like you and i.
ОтветитьI have never seen someone who pays this much effort to a drain pan that never be working in real situation. I want to see the AC system.
ОтветитьI will say that since it is tying into the plumbing, you'll never know if there's water in it, and its a big problem if there is; that would mean a leak or a clog. Need to make sure to put a wet switch or wet alarm on it to make sure that you know when it gets water.
ОтветитьJust don’t step on that edging angle or you’ll slice yourself open on the huge burrs thrown up by the very, very dull countersink.
ОтветитьYou fancy huhhh ( Juvenile voice) lol
ОтветитьExtra high IQ things
ОтветитьLinks for that stainless drain?
ОтветитьA Fool and his money are soon parted
ОтветитьGot it, coach!! ✊🏾
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьAwesome pan brother. Keep up the great content
ОтветитьI wish I could find a contractor in pnw mason county with this level of detail and knowledge that also didn't want an arm and a leg for work. I am a owner/operator of high-end rentals and you sir are crushing it! Great work.
ОтветитьSupply houses sell emergency drain pans for like 80 bucks lol
ОтветитьI’ve been in HVAC for over a decade. If I ever saw an aux drain like this in the field , I’d probably cream my pants and take pictures to admire later on with my fellow techs
ОтветитьBeautiful work bro 👍
