ОтветитьI wanted to say how great full i am for ywa (Adriene, benji and all of the other followers who share their stories). I made a commitment to rise each day at 5am and practice with ywa for one year on march 1st 2024. Almost to that year and i have grown so much. Everyone’s comments have provided me comfort and inspiration when i needed a little extra. I am 46 and felt self love for the first time at the end of practice yesterday. I have been working through my PTSD with my therapist for years waiting for a feeling i began to think would never come. So much joy ran through me and gratitude for this platform and the support it provides. I finally found my tribe. I thank God for Adriene and her passion to help others❤. Next i hope to find my purpose on this earth, where i too can help others. Until that day i will keep Finding What Feels Good with you all.
ОтветитьI've had some pretty bad leg/foot/hip pain on one side for like five days, and this completely relieved it! Feels like I have a whole new leg!
I always say "Ughhhh, Adrienne put me through the ringer!" but it's always worth it (and I enjoy it)!! 😁

ОтветитьAs a yoga beginner, I found this video was too hard because I don’t know the lingo, and it moved too quickly for me to watch and do the steps and keep up. A bit discouraging because I’ve heard good things about her videos.

Last month I was in Texas (I live overseas!) and kept telling my partner how cool would it be if we ran into you. I haven't practiced for about a month and returned to this one today, and was overwhelmed with gratitude for these practices. They have helped me through an assault, caregiving for my Dad who had terminal illness, and his passing and all the mahi and stress that came afterwards. They helped me over years where I was very isolated, and under financial hardship that made me unable to attend "regular" classes. You're one of my heroes and it would be an honour to meet you one day. Thank you for developing this love and light in you, and sharing it so selflessly with others so it may develop and grow into the world. May your blessings be returned to you tenfold. With love and gratitude <3
