I know this a stupid question but could you weld a 1 inch plate ?? Possibly...?
Ответитьbeveled edges on the 1/4 plate may have helped ..
ОтветитьAwesome video! Thanks for the upload!
Ответить👍☑️ Was gonna run out and get one but no hotdog no sale.
ОтветитьTry hooking it up to your own wiener and see how that goes!
Ответитьyou really reminded me of my brother as knowledgeable and goofy as allowed but off the leash we cannot stop laughing instantly subscribed take care and ✌️
Ответитьim thinking of buying this but i have never welded in my life and not sure if it's safe to do so as a beginner
ОтветитьThat's wierd I welded in 3/8 with mine at voltage around 9 and feed speed around 8 and I had to cut all the way through to get the weld to come free after I stupidly welded a 3 inch section instead of the 4 inch I meant to when I was making something at home. I hammered for a long tike with a little 5lb sledge and a giant vise the I went and cut from the underside of a corner joint and I was up past the lower plate and over halfway up the weld until I was even able to get it to flex.
ОтветитьJust got one the other day super thankful for your video I don’t plan on doing anything structural and/or bigger the. 1/8” just some light exhaust and a floor pan on my old Volvo loved the “could it cook a hot dog bit”
ОтветитьAnyone have a clue how to remove the brass connecting rod that the tip and nozzle thread into? It’s screwed on so tight, if you twist it with a wrench there’s nothing to stop the whole gun from spinning. I took gun apart, still no luck and the manual doesn’t say anything about replacement.
ОтветитьHow many amp breaker did you run it on for this demonstration?
Ответить“Louis Vuitton”😂
ОтветитьFor the first time'r, I'd like to see the wire size choice, install, feed, lead length, angle of wire, hand movements up close before sparks fly. Thanks
ОтветитьJelly
ОтветитьAny idea how to replace the tip/nozzle? It’s threaded on either side and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get it off without twisting everything
ОтветитьI run a two pound roll
ОтветитьBro, love the quick information. Speed was great. Jokes were hilarious and not over done
ОтветитьIf someone wanted to teach them selves welding would this be a good unit to start on ? Or would you recommend something different ?
Ответить199 my ass it's 300 when I bought mine in 4. 12. 23
ОтветитьI took the wrapper off the wire and my god the unwravelling is horrible should I have left the wrapper on the wire spool
ОтветитьPlease reply I'm pulling My hair
ОтветитьWhat do you attach the ground to?
ОтветитьGreat video thanks
ОтветитьPut away the Bud Light and try again….
ОтветитьMan… that welding, seeing those smoke and fumes. I run a l cheap fan to atleast draw/blow the smoke away
ОтветитьThe hotdog weld was cringe.. a better test in my opinion is thick metal….. but it’s your channel, your choice
ОтветитьI just found one of these on the dumpster (tossed due to an eviction!) and it works like a champ!! Im stoked!!
ОтветитьHotdog cook hagaga
ОтветитьHotdog cook hagaga
ОтветитьShould have Beveled the 1/4 inch plates
ОтветитьOk
ОтветитьGREAT REVIEW GREAT. FOR AROUND THE HOUSE I THINK THE BEVEL WOULD BE FINE
ОтветитьFor a hobbyist, would it do 1/4” steel rods? I just need something to weld 12 gauge mild steel and 1/4” steel rods
ОтветитьThat is funny! Subscribed.
ОтветитьIs that table top wood?
ОтветитьYou should Vebel the 1/4-inch plate before welding it.
ОтветитьNot me running 🏃 to the store to get hotdogs 😂
Ответитьthese little machine is the same as the easyflux 125 from harbor freight exept for the amps, that one is 125, also the price on sale is 130+ tax, and is 125 amps, awsome little welder, now for 1/4" as you said need to cut the edges to do 2 passes at leastso 1/8" at 45 the other stays at 90 , root weld should be penetrated like the first weld you did on the 1/8 material, the second on top as the metal is hot, and a third to finish the job if needed based on the wire speed you selected, try it, you will be surprised at these little monster even if it only goes 90A...I think it will earn your respect.....
ОтветитьSo small that I store it inside my bedroom.
ОтветитьSomeone eats "Taki's " by the cases 😂🖐🏽
ОтветитьSubscribed for more nipple play
ОтветитьI would probably do .035 wire max v and slow down the wire for 1/4
ОтветитьJust gotta bevel the 1/4” plates
ОтветитьPreheat it and you could easily burn 1/4 if you want more penetration bevel the joint want more give it a root opening and back gouge it
ОтветитьLove this guy
ОтветитьIve used this welder after using 3 older models. I thought i would be garbage but it surprised the heck out of me & i went to buy one for myself! It actually does get nice strong welds .
ОтветитьThank you for the info on how to basically use this welder. It helps me make my discission if this welder was for me or not.
ОтветитьIf you preheat, it can weld 1/4 pretty good
ОтветитьWhat does the cheat sheet say about 18 gauge settings?
Ответить
