Sethupathi is an upcoming Tamil action film written and directed by S.U Arun Kumar. Produced by Shan Sutharsan under Vansan Movies, it features Vijay Sethupathi and Remya Nambeesan in the lead roles. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release in February 19th 2016.

Production

Shooting for the film began in late September 2015 and Arunkumar and his team shot the film aiming for a February 2016 release. The entire filming process took place over a single stretch of 60 days, in places such as Chennai, Madurai and Pollachi. The actor would play a law and order inspector and he would be sporting a new look, shedding some weight to look fit and trim.
