Glutes & Hamstrings - straighten flexed hips.
Her hips straighten - and remain pushed forward at the top of the movement - therefore glutes & hamstrings are working.
Do the exercise, straighten, lean back, push your hips forward at the top...you will feel your glutes engage.
Loading the exercise with a dumbbell and leaning back makes all the muscles work harder.
