This Gun Is CS:GO's Best Kept Secret

I know CS2 blocked the supressor removal on accident, but in GO i found an interesting workaround.
I come from Left 4 Dead, and because in that game you can shove with mouse 2, snipers scoped in with Mouse 3 (the wheel button) so whenever Left 4 Dead reflexes came in and i tried shoving but instead removed the supressor & died i just bound Secondary Fire to the Mouse 3. That way my right click did nothing & i could keep my muscle memory of scoping in with Mouse Wheel Button.

Nowadays i use default controls & supressed the L4D2 shoving reflex in CS, but i found it useful.

idk I find the P2000 better sounding but I still use the usp

I've been a P2K advocate for years. Nearly equal stats to the USP, and you don't run out of ammo. Still way better than the glock

There's no cool looking skin for P2000.

That's the whole reason for not using it.

usp has so little ammo

I think in full eco rounds the p2000 is much better because you just need more shots to kill armored enemies. But maybe the silencer allows you to get the jump on people in full eco. Ive used the usp a lot and i don't really do well with it so i might switch

Its simple. People just love suppressors. Its like a badass spy movie type feel. Thats why people gravitate towards usp and m4a1s

P2K sucks.. i think the extra bullets makes me spam more and ultimately missing more. For me i think it a psychological reason.

Short answer: If u spam a lot Use P20 If u have better aim Use usp

the "gnarled" skin on the p2k goes so hard, one if the main reasons i use it

installing csgo or 2 and playing a game then realizing my default pistol is p2000 makes me angry

I think a very underestimated point is the visual part. The P2000 has to me a less pleasing design with its rounded angles to rivalize with the elegance of a gun with a supressor. Also, the skins for the P2000 are boring for the most of them, while the USP has much more high end skin designs. The longer shape of the USP probably helps creating nicer designs as well.

Supressors on guns just "Feels" more accurate and therefore I am and can't hit shit without one

Idc what the stats say, as a fellow P2K user. I find myself switch between and frag better with the USPS.

the p2k doesn't have a skin I like so I use the USP-S, if the P2k got like a neo-noir or something i'd definitely switch over.

Actually, the USP-S is just a newer version of the original usp 45 wich was the original ct starting pistol long before they even thought about a p2k.

I`ve been using P2K since 2015 since if saw how many times my team mates were out of bullets at close range while Ts were rushing

I fell in love with the P2K when my mouse died mid-round, I plugged it in, while my team were dying, and then came along and got an ace.

I never get aces, let alone pistol round aces.

The glock gives me the psychological effect of feeling trapped and scared with only a meager pea shooter to defend myself

I really think the reason the p2000 seems so good on paper is that its upside is directly and factually quantifiable, whereas the USP-S's upside is not. It's impossible to know if you landed or missed a headshot for no reason other than what gun you're using, but it certainly does happen.

p2k's only advantage is magazine size but the problem with it is that is slightly less accurate. i think 3kliks or warowl had a video on it.

I use the P2000, and I switch between both frequently, I enjoy the P2000 more. I also find it has nicer skins than the USP. Again that's my opinion.

usp is only good in pistol round when no one has a helmet. P2K has more kick. Ive always used P2K. Tried usp, switched back immediately.

even with communication it adds a delay of noticing which is a massive advantage

just use it cus i like it, that's it, not how good it is or anything, same reason why i use r8 over deagle

yeah i just killed 2 guys in first round with hs, felt like i was cheating

i love the new cs2 glock sound, imidiatly got better with it

in cs2 p2000 is better than usp. more ammo, faster, easier to duels up close

There is really no reason to pick usp over p2000. P2000 is too much value compare to other starter pistol. But no1 really use it so they simply dont care.

I'm really sorry but when I saw that dudes embarrassing mustache, I had to close the video.

All they need to do is change the sound profile and I guarantee more pros will use it. Giving it a better feel. The slight inaccuracy is non existent for ppl who know how to shoot and let the gun rest for a second.
