hi what if I have 3000 columns to resize. Clicking one by one would not be effective. Any thought?

Since DataLink arrays are a subset of Excel arrays, any program that resizes Excel arrays should work for DataLink arrays. I searched 'resize excel array vba' and found a few examples out there on the internet. Try those!
