Why Gibsons can have tuning issues and how to fix it!

I've noticed that the only people who have these tuning problems are inexperienced metal heads who suck at guitar anyway. My Gibson was set up correctly by the great Tom Dobrovich, and it never goes out of tune. NEVER!!!!

I haven't understood this complaint about LP's.
I have an R7 and an R9 and I rarely ever have to tune either of them.
Example, I hadn't played either since the Summer, and picked them up this past cold wintery weekend and both were still very close to being in tune.
I don't do anything but wipe them down and put strings on every once in a while. Nothing fancy at all. I am the worst at taking care of them, so Idunno.
