GTA Online: Is $20 Trillion TOO MUCH For the Heist Challenge?

What I’m thinking is, doesn’t it hurt Shark Card sales? 20 Trillion divided by 30 million, which is about how much you need to buy everything day one, is over 600,000. So, if the community hits the goal, that is 600,000 players set up for the DLC who don’t have to buy shark cards. That’s crazy.

Would've been understandable if all heist challenges had reduced cooldowns, added bonuses but it doesn't contribute to the Heist challenge. No matter what difficultty you play, it still contributes to the challenge. These beneficial buffs/nerfs would be for limited time throughout the duration of the Hesit Challenge. Then again some of these ideas will be exploited or break the coding in the game.

Just let PC players abuse the Cayo Finale glitch, they'll have our work cut out in no time 😜

$20 trillion is insane there’s a lot of players playing this game daily but they are way to lazy to run heist

I'm sure I'll contribute at least a few million, but probably only $10M towards the goal at most.

Those with the panther statue doing B2B will probably contribute $100M or more.

How about being able to screw 3 players in getting zero dollars and give us the opportunity of the asshole tshirt. That asking too much?

I've been stuck on the Prison Bus heist for 2 years. Do I really wanna torture myself further by taking this months challenge?

The heist got nerfed into the dirt, vehicles taken out, and prices increased on average. we should all really just protest this

That reward for the 2020 challenge is why a lot of my friends walked away from the game. All that grinding, just for the crummy basic go cart. We should have known then things were only going to get worse.

We may have a shot if we could raid the Union Depository for every one of its gold bars. But since that's not a thing, the community may come up short.

"Hackers" on PC may have boosted some of the community challenges in the past, source - just my memory so ye not sure where i saw it.

It will be difficult because of the cool down time. If you have to wait 8 hours or so in GTA time to start next heist it will take forever

There's no way the community actually beats these goals everytime lol

Most players are shrugging it off saying others will take care of it and so even fewer people end up helping. And I doubt anyone would genuinely drop everything and devote themselves to a challenge whose award is most likely going to be a piece of clothing.

A trick to keep players interested in the game. Plain and simple.

Let's do the math.
The Panther Statue bring 1.7 Mil on Normal and 2 Mil on Hard.
GTAO has an average of 91k players online with a peak of 168k.

If every single one of the 168k peak plays Cayo on Hard mode and gets the Panther Statue ( if my math is correct, which I doubt it is )
we would have 336 Billion Dollars just of the Primary. (Not including Secondary Targets cuz there are too many Variables)

I think rock star was way off on their other goals so they made it where we’re dead on or just over

Would be nice if we could get a bonus week on the cluckin bell farm raid, as we haven’t had a money bonus week yet in it since it was released.

it would take 20 million heists since everything only gives a million per character now aside from the first cayo of the week.

13 million heists in 1 month, that's 500,000 players each doing 26 heists in one month. I do not think there are going to be 500,000 players doing the heist once a day for the next month.
