Country life off grid in Jamaica

This is what my country life looks like living in an off-grid cabin in Portland, Jamaica🇯🇲. I was so blessed to be able to plant pak choi in what I consider the most fertile land in the world. I welcomed to the flok a hen and a rooster, I can't wait to see them thrive.
I also made Ube ( Purple Yam) pudding with an over 10lbs yam from our land. This all natural recipe blew my mind 😱 OMG it tasted incredible. Let me know if you would try this recipe.
But the highlight of my day was swimming in the river, the water was cool and so crystal clear and that sweet Nisberry was the cherry on top.
