About the host:
Franklin Henderson affectionately known as “Fetti G” is employed by Cornell and a recent graduate of Cornell University’s Masters in Professional Studies Degree Program for Horticulture, specializing in Controlled Environment Agriculture. He is also a formally trained artist. His skills in pattern recognition, information synthesis and complex systems allow him to move fluidly between the arts and sciences. Franklin applies the culmination of these skills to pursue progress in areas of Water Justice, Food Justice and Restorative Justice. His passion for cannabis is shown in his endless pursuit of knowledge that has taken him from New York City to Mendocino County in the heart of the emerald triangle to Barcelona. As a member of the board of Directors for the Cannabis Association of New York he works to inform science based policy that positively affects change in the New York Cannabis market.

Homa Hajarian
A recent Cornell graduate, Homa Hajarian has her master's in Plant Science. At Cornell, Homa conducted her research on nutrient deficiencies in deep water hydroponics in Cannabis sativa. She has two years of industrial cultivation experience, with cannabis and other crops.

Homa owned and operated two businesses, as a cannabis cultivation consultant and as a landscaper. Originally from Iran, Homa grew up in Baltimore, MD, where she is known as a local activist, plant scientist, anthropologist, and scholar.

Previously, she attended the University of Maryland, College Park where she received a BS in Horticulture and a BA in Anthropology.
