its not big, but correct it is a super router , better dan the nieuw ax routers because the older routers dont having conflict with lot off 2.4 ghz bands and your 2.4 ghz products older laptop ect.
tip ! the latest filmware you only can do manual from the asus site, its not automaticly done. The last one is from 2021 and very important update!

But you said in these video just use the cd that comes with it to update it but it didn't update??? please i try to look it up online i can't see to find any other way to update these router you have any suggestions!!!!! thanks a lot

Do you know if they have fixed that update that crashed. I just purchased this router from amazon. So i wont update until i find out it has been fixed. hopefully it has been since this router has been out for a few years already.

So I got the archerC7 wifi adapter to use with this router and when I use it and I get utterly slow wifi as well cant connect to the 5ghz band and pages hardly even load. Its very odd, I dont know whats wrong. But when I plug my old 2.4ghz in its back to normal speeds. Any ideas?

802.11ac is supposed to support speeds up to 1 gigabit per second, not 450 megabits.  802.11n supports speeds up to 600 megabits per second.  Speeds attained are, of course, dependent upon the wireless standard of the router AND the devices that are attaching...  Good review otherwise!

I have a question I have the Asus connected to my ps4 and I'm wondering since I named my 2.4 and 5 ghz bands differently when I connect to my ps4 it does not show me my 5ghz one can I assume that is both automatically? Or what does this mean. Same for my laptop only one shows up which is the 2.4ghz.
