loved the point about color of the flame (blue and NOT yellow or orange!) nice compact video especially explaining work involved so I have better appreciation of technician next time they come in for maintenance as well as the other way round in expecting them to check on these points... I believe from 1 or 2 times I've had someone come to take a look for maintenance -- they did a shoddy job and dont' think they inspected all the pieces with burner etc. to make things any better than what they were anyways
