I’d love to know what Steve ranked at the bottom of his list 🤔
ОтветитьMy top, median and bottom episodes are...
Top - Zanzibar
Median - Love Is A Stranger
Bottom - The Steakout
The greatest Inside No9 hands down is Bernie Clifton's Dressing Room.
ОтветитьMy Top 10
1 Bernie Clifton's dressing room
2 Diddle Diddle Dumpling
3 Tom and Gerri
4 The Riddle Of The Sphinx
5 A Quiet Night In
6 The Last Night Of The Proms
7 The Bill
8 Zanzibar
9 Lip Service
It’s difficult to watch interviews as I haven’t watched all of them and I watch them out of order
ОтветитьThere are definitely some episodes I prefer over others but at least they're trying different things and not just churning out formulaic fodder, and the performances of Pemberton and Shearsmith are always worth watching. Bernie Clifton's Dressing Room or The Bill are my favourites, for what it's worth.
ОтветитьGreat episode. Though I'd have preferred more talk about food and Ed Gamble's memories of food.
ОтветитьMy Top 10, though not in any order as I would struggle to rank these, are:
- Twelve Days of Christine
- Bernie Clifton’s Dressing Room
- Lip Service
- A Random Act of Kindness
- Tom & Gerri
- Cold Comfort
- The Last Weekend
- The Bones of St Nicholas
- Misdirection
- A Quiet Night In
The biggest prank for the final series would be that there is no final series.
ОтветитьIt was a good episode, as they all are. I rarely spot the hare but sometimes I guess the ending although I try not to.
I have to say though, the photos of the bus episode promised soooooo much. Getting Robin Askwith in there was genius!
I agree with Richard about the Comedia del Arte episode. The worst one.
ОтветитьJudy Dench has had a lift.
ОтветитьAbsolutely fantastic show. 👍😎
Ответить3x3 was the first no.9 episode I've ever watched (I gave-in to the hype, partly around Lee Mack being a great quiz host!), and I managed to ruse my partner by watching it for the first time together!
ОтветитьThey obviously wanted to fool people with 3x3 yet "mock" the Daily Mail headline for going that way towards the stunt!
ОтветитьBest 12 days
middle the silent one
worse for rme its between. and the winner is. to have and to hold. that referee and empty orchestra. they all feel kinda pointless the twists arnt very good and i just didnt enjoy them. and i hate football so that episode is probs the worst of all of em for me just based on that.
Steve Pemberton is in my opinion is the best comedy actor on TV absolutely love him in League Of Gentlemen and especially Benidorm
Ответитьi beg steve and reece do a tier list of every episode
ОтветитьDo I detect a hint of plagiarism? I watched a short drama in the 70s or 80s based on the real and then current quiz show Mr and Mrs, featuring the show’s actual presenter. So it looked real. But two contestants were found to be using telepathy to pass answers between them, causing the audience, made up of non-telepathic proles, to start booing and slow hand clapping- with their six fingered hands.
ОтветитьFrom these minds, we laughed and laughed and laughed. But every good thing must come to an end. Series 9, here we go.
ОтветитьI'm 99.99999% sure Steve is joking about being asked to do CoC (also assuming it's Taskmaster they're talking about not House of Games) but can you imagine. I really hope he gets to go all the way, so excited for Steve on TM!
ОтветитьI actually enjoyed the quiz 😂😂
The bit at the end wasn't needed as I just enjoyed the quiz with Lee Mack , there were some real laugh out loud lines from him, I thought it was very clever to write a quiz.
I did like the emphasis in the family's stiff upper lip , all the while hiding the fact none of them really liked each other and that it slowly chipped away at them , I liked the Daughter giving an answer that essentially revealed she did listen to music despite the mother strictly not letting her listen to modern music.
Not sure how people could get confused it was a real quiz tbh , I did wonder if BBC had put the wrong episode on but not that it wasn't part of the series.
3x3 and Krampus are my favourite episodes. So good!
Ответить12 days of Christine is one of the best episodes of tv ever!!! Incredible.
Ответить3x3 was awful worst episode they have ever made :(
ОтветитьI always wonder how killers prepare/rehearse before picking up the phone lol
ОтветитьSteve and reece are absolutely geniuses and everything they have ever written and acted in has been absolutely incredible 😊 SUCH AMAZING TALENT 👏
ОтветитьBoth of them have to be in it to make it work ..ive never watched quiz show episode and i never will because steve and reece are not in it so whats the point?
ОтветитьI bet you're loving this interview at Cook'd and Bomb'd...
Ответитьfkn hell what happened to richard herring?
Ответитьwhere's steve's wedding ring?
ОтветитьIs there any limit to this man's talent?
He was even incredible on 'Catchphrase' 😆
"They've asked me to do champion of champions" - Did he just give away that he wins Taskmaster 😂
ОтветитьWell they did one on a train recently , close enough
ОтветитьI hated Wuthering Heist, but loved The Harrowing. Guess these are controversial opinions! Who knew?
ОтветитьGreat vid
ОтветитьCompletely wrong about The Twilight Zone, there were way, way, way more stories than those. Somebody turning out to be a ghost or an alien rarely happened, almost never. The Devil was in a few but usually pretty honest and straightforward about who he was.
You should totally watch the old 1950s / 60s Twilight Zones btw, masterworks of imagination, all sorts of ideas you'd never have thought of in your whole life otherwise. The 1980s ones were pretty good too.
Richard you absolute girl!! Get your flippin' hair cut!!
Ответить12 Days of Christine is THE best episode of TV I have ever seen.
30’mins of genius!! And when she delivers that line at the end…. 😮😭😭😭
Is there any way of watching the whole episodes again?
ОтветитьThe '3x3' episode DID fool some people! I definitely didn't know for those first few minutes. I just put BBC2 on at the normal starting time and wondered why the heck it wasn't on. It seemed plausible enough... Though it was the title that made me twig pretty quickly. Also, the mother and daughter are too obviously actors. The whole thing was brilliant, in how the moment you realise what they've done is so joyous, I was laughing out loud at the sheer ballsy-ness of it all! 😄
ОтветитьLove Steve. A true master of his craft.
ОтветитьI am only just realising this was an episode of Number 9. I started watching (can't stand quiz shows) and just assumed it had been taken off, so switched off and went and did something else... never even made it to an exploding head!
ОтветитьAs of June 2024, Death Be Not Proud, the Psychoville episode, is the median IN9 episode on IMDb.
ОтветитьLast Night of the Proms was my least favourite. I know it was the one that was hit by COVID closure though.
Ответить12 days of Christine isnt that good. Not as good as their others and people need to fucking move on from it
Ответить"What happens cuuunt?" Lmaoo
Ответить3x3 was a great episode. I thought Lee Mack was really convincing as the host. 12 days of Christine is arguably the best episode- it genuinely troubled me and I couldn't get it out of my head. There aren't many episodes I don't like to be honest. They are all either decent or brilliant
ОтветитьHow come there's no Reece episode? (Of RHLSTP)
ОтветитьThis was an unexpected gem. Two guys who understand each other's sense of humour, having a good, old laugh. I've never been to Prett, but perhaps that's only for the sorthern ponce.
