Rent Options Explainer for Tenants' Autumn Roadshow 2023

On the 23rd of October, we held four Tenant Autumn Roadshow events. 🍂 Tenants joined us to discuss topics like how we spend your rent money, the rent level options for 2024/25 as well as talking about your housing & neighbourhood.

In this video, showed at the event, we explain our rent level options for 2024/25 and go through the costs and expenses included in the options. Every tenant will get a form posted through their door and will have a chance to vote on the rent level they prefer. You can also take part online via our Consultation Hub on https://consult.pkc.gov.uk.
