how long did it take to ship to australia? i've heard that it is in australia but i can't find any confirmation. my formal is in less than a month i found a dress i like from the shop just worried it might not come in time

Do not order from them, it IS a scam.
My friends and I ordered bridesmaids dresses for my friend’s wedding. First of all the dresses came much later than promised on their website. Second of all, the dresses looked nothing like what we ordered. The dresses were transparent, the slits were way too high. The dresses were poorly fabricated. I am happy to send you guys a video of how terribly the dress looked. Now my friends are trying to get refunds and they are ignoring us.

To anyone thinking about ordering from Zapaka: Be aware that though on their website they say that they accept returns, in reality they do not. Extremely misleading. They make the return process impossible and you have to pay to ship to China, where they are based. And crazy expensive to ship to China, with no guarantee it will even get there.

I first ordered a couple of dresses from them that fit and that I liked. Then I proceeded to order two more dresses. The fabric on these dresses was a pretty cheap polyester. Worse, these dresses were far too small, much smaller than the measurements that I had ordered. So small that I couldn't zip them up. It was only when I tried to return them that I found out that was not an option. Instead they only offered me 10% of the price to just keep the dresses.

So do they have some attractive vintage-inspired dresses? Yes, some of them are. But only order from them if you are content to not get your money back if you are unhappy with your order for any reason. And if the dress doesn't fit, you are out of luck. Also, please check out their online reviews (I wish I had before I ordered from them). There are countless reviews just like mine from people who had my experience and felt scammed.

Don’t buy from this place! They have terrible customer service. When I told them part of my order was missing they asked me for proof. They are awful to deal with. I doubt I’ll be seeing my money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will not accept returns! They do not communicate with you! STAY AWAY BASED IN CHINA

I paid for two dresses and have been waiting for over 2O days. They ignore the customer. They do not respond to Whatsapp, email and chat. I highly do not recommend it. The ads are tempting and you can easily lose money.

I think generally, the complaints for this company os its HORRID customer service, and month long delivery time, but its not a scam guys!! The dresses DO come, eventually..
