So it appears older people are indeed healthier now than in recent past; at least in one city in Finland.

I see my problem now...all my stem cells are in teeth as I never had a cavity and probably why the rest of my body is broken and will not heal.. Maybe if I shake head I can spread them around.. LOL Thanks Brent.

As someone who is about to turn 70, I tend to agree with your first news article when comparing my generation with the previous generation. In general, the population appears to be more healthy.

Don't forget Finland also went through the North Karelia Project, which they learned a lot from. I bet the results would be quite different in the US, for example, where people are just constantly getting sicker.
