Also, ever notice how Presidents and other officials get paid for a "talk" after they are out of office? This is bribery paid after the fact, in full view, and the taxes get paid. Before the transparency banking laws enacted in the 1980's you rarely if ever heard about these "talks". The money was wired into an offshore account. "They" had to come up with a more clever way to take care of the bigger fish.

Three ways that I have heard politicians make large sums of money for their influence is 1.) Become an "artist" and sell their crappy paintings for tons of money. 2.) Sell livestock at auctions for tons of money. 3.) Join a MLM. People who want to influence the politician then buy tons of product resulting in the politician getting tons of money.
