Been telling people not to fall for that. This is why I always chose the cheapest proxies. No one wanted to buy the cheap ones because they swore they didn’t work yet they wouldn’t even hit with the expensive proxies.

I've been in the scene marketing for the secondary market for a little minute now...

What I can say is that among all the businesses in the space (proxy providers included)

The way people go about marketing has definitely rooted this sort of deception for two reasons:

Greed and lack of knowledge in how marketing works.

In the industry, owners, PRs and a lot of the agencies think that marketing is just a tweet or interest check message...or even group buy that has a sweet no brainer deal, amplified with a couple words.

But it's much more than that.

For any business owner in the space - the way you should be looking at marketing is value-based

Is this tweet helping people? Is this video showing people something new?

Nova does this well with all the guests he brings on - insights on the truth behind everything is something a lot of us appreciate and value.

And by doing this...people would buy your stuff more because they can trust you, they know that your business stands by something - offering a good service (surge's principle)

Doing that upfront with your content for example:

Making an exclusive video, with owners speaking up and being more open instead of hiding behind memed profile pictures about something other than drop recaps - would all ultimately play better when you market rather than what the mass majority is doing now.

Marketing with truth, value and purpose.
