Y’all I had this problem I fixed it you have to go to PS Network, sign in, if you DON’T see it scroll down a lil and it will say “Sign in and manage preferences” then change your pass 🎉🎉

guys i had thee same problem but this did not fix it for me but i have ps app i refreshed that and then i was online in ps app then i on my ps4 and was online dont know if that is the fix but it fixed after doing that or maybe the server down
