Я сделала с двумя яйцами и без сыра.Вкусно.Люблю шпроты. P.S.У Вас очень приятный голос.

А вместо майонеза что можно добавить?

Вместо майонеза можно добавить сметану или масло растительное. Так же можно не сливать масло в котором находились шпроты.

Сыр в этом салате совершенно ни к чему.

Не вижу разницы между слоями или всё смешать. Я наоборот не люблю слоями, его получается много для одного человека. А так сделала сколько мне нужно. Салат ведь не всегда готовится на праздничный стол. Я часто делаю салатики для перекусов!

У кур ЯЙЦА, а вот из яичек салат делать категорически не рекомендую! Это больно и очень опасно!
