CorelDraw Shortcut Keys for Aligning Objects

Hello please help,

I constantly get this window and slow down my program, because
in my language I obviously can not align, I
reinstalled the program, but there is no result, this adjustment
or alignment not in Bulgarian somehow stands on the file itself, how can I remove it.



The Writing Tools files for the following language are missing: Bulgarian. The text in the document may appear differently because you do not have the required Writing Tools installed.
