You're supposed to say "sana sana colita de rana" followed by putting your pinky in your left nostril 💯

It's considered rude not to say it. Also, when someone wishes you Salud you should respond "gracias". Just a common courtesy.

I said Bless you one time and this girl jumped down my throat for saying that to her telling me she didn't need me blessing her !
