It’s been hard, and today, I really needed some positive energy to pump me up so that I can get back out there and keep fighting for what my students need. ОтветитьThis was an original 'sweatfeast' with empowering tunes and great atmosphere altogether. You've gotta love some Ricky Martin thrown in there after some HIIT moves, tabata and kickboxing. Thank you for the variety of moves and for the creativity and flair you add to these workouts!

ОтветитьAfter 2 weeks without any exercise, this workout was perfect to make me feel better and motivated to get back on my feet! The shakes were great 💃 and doing it with the song “Maria” (music by Rick Martin) and the Choreography for me was incredible 🥰!! I loved this so much!! THANK YOU CHRIS FOR ALL THE SMILES AND THE GREAT TIME❤

ОтветитьI just did this one. Wow! Awesome workout & I didn't do too bad considering I will be 55 on Valentines Day 2024! It was fun! It was challenging. I had to adjust in a few spots since my knees are starting to feel a little pain these days, which sucks, but at least I'm still working out 4-6 days a week. Thank you so much for all you do!! You inspire me, Chris!!

ОтветитьToday is the last day of our school year and I am beat! These last two weeks have felt like two years. I could have easily talked myself out of this morning's workout, but I'm glad that I didn't. I'm ready to graduate those seniors and send the others off to a happy summer.
