For years and years Tri-State got offers every week to sell there business. When Panther acquired Conway Now it was not a good fit for the Conway drivers and Panther lost most of those owner operators. Load One just wants trucks to haul there frieght and more than likely this will not end well. Good luck to everyone involved

I have been with panther for over 10 years. When they merged with ABF the expediter part went to shit. The rewards program become a joke and all the other perks have become dream compared to before the merger. Also they hire some of the stupidest people I have ever seen. The old dispatchers left and what is left are folks that have no idea how it is on out on the road. The younger people are really that stupid on an average thanks to the public fool system.

Small fleet owners that actually care about the entire process by an individual drivers perspective is the only chance in hell for a future of human engagement to the trucking industry to not automated in full and take away this lifestyle ur part of u know u dont want to loose MF'ERS 🤨🙄😒

Every time I've been with a smaller company picked up by a bigger one things stay the same at first then slowly change for the worst cut in pay cut in miles so hopefully this won't be the story for these drivers

Trucking companies are set up to fail with all the regulations I use to be a owner operator back onthe 70's and made more money back then than I did when I retired 3 years ago.

The expedite industry as a whole is going through some changes for sure. Too many trucks, not enough freight, too many people willing to work for operating cost. Sad.

When markets are upside really enjoy pick up and delivery same day making good money, when markets are down side just want to go back and work steady schedule.

Expedited taking a lot of time for one load opportunity sometimes takes two three days it’s killing it!!
